The Institute of Science and Technology Austria (IST Austria) is a new Institute dedicated to basic research and graduate education in the Natural Sciences, located in the Vienna Woods. IST Austria is committed to become a world-class research center offering, by 2016, an international, state-of-the-art environment for approx. 500 scientists and doctoral students.
